Why it matters: A feed water heater level control upgrade closes 21 October 2026, and none of the four appears in ENTEL's mirror of SAM.gov. A public power agency buying for its own plant has no federal posting duty.
Why it matters: This is a direct final rule, so Revision 20 takes effect 28 December 2026 unless significant adverse comments arrive by 13 November. The default is that it happens.
Why it matters: Southern Nuclear wants to run four accident-tolerant fuel test assemblies at Vogtle for a third cycle. Comments close 5 November 2026, hearing requests 7 December 2026.
