Breaking
Every break ENTEL has run.
11 so far, newest first, each one read off the document it cites. The front page carries the newest; the rest live here, and no break's page ever moves.
October 2026
- Four buys open at Columbia, the first closes 21 OctoberA feed water heater level control upgrade closes 21 October 2026, and none of the four appears in ENTEL's mirror of SAM.gov. A public power agency buying for its own plant has no federal posting duty.

- Draft environmental statement out for four AP1000s in TexasComments go in on Docket NRC-2026-0100 by 23 November 2026. The final environmental statement has to address what arrives in that window, and the licensing decision rests on the final one.

- Indiana takes over NRC materials authorityMaterials licensing in Indiana now runs through the state, so a supplier handling sources there applies, gets inspected and gets enforced against by a different regulator.
September 2026
- DOE joins the Crane restart finding on a loan guaranteeThe restart has a financing gate as well as a licensing gate, and both now move on one shared environmental record.
- NRC opens comment on a wholesale rewrite of reactor rulesComments go in on Docket NRC-2025-1138 by 9 November 2026. A rulemaking this wide is where a supplier's procedural burden gets set, and the comment window is the only way in.
- NRC revises how it reviews non-light-water materialsComments close 5 November 2026. The revision adds an appendix describing what staff have been looking for, which is the evidence a materials supplier needs ready before a customer's application goes in.
- Dominion moves to renew the North Anna site permitHearing requests and petitions to intervene are due 10 November 2026. That window is where a routine renewal either stays routine or acquires a contention.
